In April 2009, the world of telecommunications in general, and that of television broadcasting in particular, would be revolutionized with the creation of a television channel called "Téléboston", broadcasting from Boston, Massachusetts. From its creation to the present day, this medium, with an entertaining and informative vocation, broadcasts only via the Internet for the benefit of the Haitian community of Boston and its surrounding areas.
Shortly after the earthquake of January 12, 2010 which almost devastated Haiti, the Téléboston administrative team, thanks to the calls received from viewers everywhere, quickly realized that those from overseas were much more numerous. than those from the land. The need to provide the community of Boston and its surrounding areas with the opportunity to follow radio broadcasts was soon felt. Thus, in October 2011, Radio TeleBoston would see the light of day.
To date, Radio TeleBoston waves can be received not only through www.teleboston.com, www.radioteleboston.com, but also on tune in, on audionow, Roku, Haiti en direct, Alexa, Google Home, Apple TV, Android, IOS, through the waves of radio stations which relay our different emissions, and on 1460 AM, and 101.1 FM in the South Shore. We have more than 2 million listeners. Radio TeleBoston offers its audience a very rich and varied programming having nothing to envy of the best programming in the field which consists of: news from Haiti, international news, gospel, culture, politics, health music, etc.
Radio TeleBoston is, according to its audience, an inexhaustible source where those thirsty for good information, solid training, etc. can quench their thirst without firing a shot.
We train adults and elderly candidates to acquire American citizenship, wishing to properly exercise their right to vote. We train them in computers, English, etc. In Boston, Radio TeleBoston listeners are legion. Radio TeleBoston can pride itself on being among the radio stations with the widest audience in Boston; the results of the various surveys carried out for this purpose suggest that it is the station of choice for the Haitian community of Boston. The radio has more than 60 presenters in its ranks, more than 2,000,000 listeners. Each facilitator provides a considerable contribution to everything that is likely to contribute to the progress, in all respects, of the community.
